Job Description

We are looking for great candidates to join the team as a General Maintenance Worker in Davis County.

Full Time:

Day Shift Monday-Friday Pay Rate:

$23.98/hr Maintain residential and center facilities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, grounds, and general building systems support. Operate equipment as authorized, potentially including backhoes, skid steers, forklifts, trailers, and vehicles up to 1-ton capacity. Support carpentry, equipment checks, grounds maintenance, irrigation repairs, chemical handling where authorized, winter snow removal, snowplow/salter work, and general facilities upkeep. Use basic computer skills for assigned work orders or required documentation. Follow OSHA and site safety practices. Work may require significant standing, bending, and lifting over 45 pounds.
