COMMUNITY SUCCESS DIVISION
Who We Need We're seeking a versatile maintenance professional who can transform everyday repairs into positive resident experiences. As our Community Success Tech, you'll serve as the primary in-unit service provider—handling a wide range of maintenance needs with skill and care while contributing to the overall property appearance and functionality that makes our communities places where vivid stories can unfold. What You'll Do In this role, you'll blend technical versatility with relationship building:
In-Unit Service :
Respond to and resolve resident work orders across multiple technical areas including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general repairs.
Preventative Maintenance :
Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks that extend system life and prevent resident inconvenience.
Emergency Response :
Provide prompt, effective response to maintenance emergencies, minimizing impact on residents and property.
Curb Appeal Contribution :
Actively maintain property appearance by addressing visible maintenance needs and participating in property-wide upkeep efforts.
Resident Interaction :
Create positive maintenance experiences through clear communication, respectful home entry practices, and thorough follow-up.
Team Support :
Assist the Regional Facilities Manager and specialized team members with larger projects and turn preparation as needed.
Issue Identification :
Recognize when problems require specialized expertise and effectively coordinate with Maintenance Specialists or vendors.
System Knowledge :
Maintain working knowledge of property systems and common resident questions to provide informed, helpful service. Your Impact Will Be Measured By Work order completion time and quality First-time resolution rate for resident requests Resident satisfaction with maintenance service Preventative maintenance task completion Emergency response effectiveness Contribution to overall property appearance and functionality Team collaboration and support effectiveness You're a hands-on problem solver with broad technical skills across multiple maintenance disciplines. Your approach balances technical competence with genuine care for resident experience, understanding that how you interact with residents is as important as the repairs you complete. You take pride in creating well-maintained living environments and approach each day with flexibility and a service mindset. Experience in residential maintenance or facilities management is essential, as is your ability to prioritize effectively in a varied role.
Compensation & Position Details Base Salary :
$20-$22/hr, paid semi-monthly
Bonus Structure :
Share of renewal bonuses and annual performance bonus, subject to the terms of the company's bonus program, which may be amended from time to time Reports to :
