Bell Person evenings

Bell Person Part time approx. 5pm-11pm Performs general guest room and public area light maintenance. Learn Front Desk Checks guest rooms for maintenance issues and performs any light maintenance needed. Performs basic preventive maintenance in rooms Responds in a timely, courteous manner to guest questions or requests. Properly maintains tools, work spaces and equipment. Monthly preventive maintenance Carpet cleaning/guest rooms Completes preventive maintenance checklists and other maintenance records. Follow all policies and procedures. Meeting room set ups & Breakdowns Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance manager and/or General Manager. Qualifications Knowledge of basic property maintenance a plus-Not required Customer Service Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop and reach upward.
