Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project management assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing daily operations and supporting current tenants. Proven experience in general building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or residential/commercial construction. Strong framing and carpentry skills, including the ability to repair and construct walls, doors, trim, and other structural components. Experience with interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, patching, and finishing. Ability to perform minor plumbing repairs, including replacing faucets, repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and installing basic plumbing fixtures. Ability to perform minor electrical repairs, including replacing switches, outlets, light fixtures, ballasts, and troubleshooting basic electrical issues. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment. Ability to diagnose maintenance problems and determine appropriate repair solutions. Knowledge of building systems, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to read and follow work orders, maintenance instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks effectively. Good communication and customer service skills when interacting with tenants, residents, vendors, or staff. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
