The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and functional. This role requires a combination of landscaping skills, knowledge of power and hand tools, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and attractive environment. Responsibilities Perform regular maintenance on landscapes, gardens, and lawns to ensure they remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing. Utilize power tools for various landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as weeding, planting, and irrigation system maintenance. Operate hand tools effectively for tasks related to landscape maintenance. Inspect outdoor areas regularly to identify any maintenance needs or potential hazards. Assist in the installation of new plants, trees, or landscaping features as required. Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and tools used in maintenance operations. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Requirements Must have own transportation. Safety eyewear, gloves and ear plugs. Proper footwear (no crocs, tennis shoes, and no flip lips). Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance practices. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical tasks. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to maintenance duties.
