Job Description
Looking for a part-time maintenance person, three days per week plus every Saturday (including July 4th) , through mid-September only, in the Virginia Beach oceanfront and Chesapeake Bay area. Experience preferred. Reliable transportation required to get to properties. Applicants must agree to a credit/background check. Duties will vary, but will include the following: changing filters, changing light bulbs, bagging / picking up refuse, resetting cable boxes, and general maintenance needs as reported by vacation guests.
