Job Description Kingsmill Community Services Association is currently recruiting for Recreation Maintenance Workers.

Work hours:

Weekdays:

7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

Weekends:

7:30 a.m. - 12 noon.

Daily responsibilities:

Walk and inspect the community recreation areas. Maintain grounds keeping, pick up trash, remove debris, blow leaves. Vacuum pool, skim pool, and arrange pool furniture. Maintain cleanliness of meeting room space. Set up and break down furniture for meetings and activities. Daily cleaning and maintenance of community recreation centers. General grounds maintenance work at community recreation centers, bike path, trails, roads, and drainage systems. Assist Maintenance Technician with completion of Work Orders submitted by staff as necessary. Daily maintenance and cleaning of five parcel swimming pools May through September. Other duties as requested. Requirements Excellent communication skills, written and spoken. Customer service focused and team oriented. Self-motivated, proactive, takes the initiative, with strong follow-up skills. Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
