Otherland Hotel is a newly renovated 20-room hotel located in the mountains of Newfane, Vermont. We are preparing for our opening and are looking for a highly dependable, hands-on Hotel Facilities Lead to help operate and maintain the property on-site. This is NOT a desk-management position. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is comfortable actively participating in the day-to-day operations of a small hotel. This role is ideal for someone with experience in maintenance, housekeeping, property care, hotels, inns, resorts, or short-term rentals who enjoys wearing multiple hats and taking pride in keeping a property running smoothly. In a small operation like ours, leadership means jumping in and doing the work alongside the team when needed.

PM Regular Days Off:

Tuesday and Thursday On-Call for Emergencies as Needed Please note that flexibility is required. Schedules and days off may occasionally change based on occupancy, emergencies, weather, or operational needs. What This Role Actually Looks Like This is a very hands-on operational role.

Some days may involve:
