The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, capable of working independently, and takes pride in maintaining facilities to a high standard. Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs. Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects. Conduct routine inspections of school facilities and equipment. Help maintain school grounds, including mowing, trimming, snow removal, and landscaping. Set up and tear down for school events and activities. Monitor and report maintenance issues and safety concerns. Assist with preventative maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records. Support custodial operations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and maintenance practices. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Ability to pass a background check and meet diocesan Safe Environment requirements.
