Cultivation Assistant - Entry Level Sunshine Farms is a licensed cannabis producer and processor in Vancouver, WA. We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Cultivation Assistant to join our cultivation team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. Cannabis industry experience is not required — we can teach the work. What matters most is finding someone with the right mindset and work ethic. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Is dependable and shows up ontime and ready to work Learns quickly and takes direction well Can stay productive with minimal supervision Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail Enjoys fast-paced, hands-on work Is comfortable with repetitive tasks Is a self-starter who takes initiative Has schedule flexibility, including rotating weekend shifts Job Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Plant care and maintenance Watering and feeding Pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and harvesting Cleaning and sanitation of cultivation areas Moving materials and supplies throughout the facility Following company procedures and compliance requirements Assisting with additional cultivation tasks as needed Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is physically demanding, hands-on work in an active cultivation environment. Candidates should understand the nature of the job before applying.

Team members regularly:

Stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods Work directly on plant tables, including tasks that may require kneeling or lying across tables for plant maintenance Lift and move materials throughout the shift Work in warm, humid conditions designed to support plant growth (typically 75°F-85°F with elevated humidity) Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) depending on the task being performed This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy physical work and can maintain a steady pace throughout the day. Qualifications Must be 21+ years old Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check Candidate must have flexibility in their schedule for rotating weekend shifts Reliable transportation preferred Prior cultivation or cannabis experience is a plus, but not required
