Must be very organized, must take direction with a professional, willing attitude and do well as a member of a team. pay is negotiable and competitive, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support various projects Routine maintenance and everything in between.

Qualifications:

Highly desired experience including but not limited to: laying floors, installing countertops, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, good basic remodel/renovation skills. Certification in opertating lift etc. a plus. This position may involve physical activity, including lifting, bending, and working in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
