Job Description
Job Summary Play a vital role in preserving our facilities by carrying out essential maintenance policies and procedures. Execute key programs and activities that keep our property running smoothly and looking its best. Work diligently to meet the maintenance objectives of the department and ensure a well-maintained environment for everyone. Qualifications Native American preference applies. Two (2) years of experience in plant maintenance is preferred to hit the ground running. Strong verbal communication skills are a must for coordinating with the team. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to meet insurance criteria is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping,stretching, and climbing. Capability to stand, walk, and perform duties for an 8-hour shift (or more) in various conditions, including extreme weather and smoke-filled environments. Ability to move quickly to problem areas and respond effectively to visual and oral signals. Skills to work independently or as a team while prioritizing and handling multiple projects at once. Essential Job Functions Complete all assigned maintenance jobs, including minor repairs, trash removal, and regular property upkeep. Handle heavy lifting for the setup and tear-down of stages, tables, and special event equipment. Maintain the exterior grounds to ensure a clean and welcoming first impression for our guests. Deliver all work within the established standards of the maintenance department. General Requirements Consistently meet attendance guidelines and adhere to all company and departmental policies. Attend all mandatory training sessions to stay updated on equipment and safety procedures. Commit to a safe workplace by complying with and enforcing all safety rules and protocols. Remain flexible and ready to perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance team. All other duties as assigned.
