Building Maintenance Worker

Job Title:

General Maintenance Worker Job Description The General Maintenance Worker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including painting drywall, working on the roof, hanging pictures, and installing TVs and other fixtures. This would be a 1st shift M-F job opportunity 6:00am-2:30pm. Responsibilities Paint and repair drywall surfaces. Perform roofing maintenance and repairs. Hang pictures and install TVs. Assist with various maintenance tasks as needed. Essential Skills Experience with HVAC systems, including chillers and boilers. Journeyman certification in relevant fields. Strong mechanical and electrical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with tools and equipment. Comfortable working at heights. Adaptable to various types of work. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
