The maintenance assistant is responsible for preventative maintenance for the community, preparing apartments for move-ins, observing problems, concerns and issues with resident units, the community and grounds. Qualified candidates have experience in long-term senior care communities, maintenance work, familiarity with techniques of minor repair and maintenance for structural, electrical, plumbing, security and heating/cooling systems.
