Job Duties:

Changing light bulbs, painting, minor plumbing repairs, setting up and breaking down furniture, and addressing general maintenance needs. Job Requirements Reliable transportation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Accessible by telephone. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, occasionally up to 50 lbs. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
