We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Person to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment that supports our operational excellence. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on buildings. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to support facility aesthetics and upkeep. Read and interpret maintenance records to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions. Complete facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met while completing tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for maintenance assistance. Proven experience in residential facilities maintenance. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and collaboration with team members. Knowledge of residential painting techniques is a plus but not required.
