Machinery Assembly & Maintenance Helper

True Force Machinery is looking to hire a reliable individual to help assemble, maintain, and prepare compact heavy machinery such as mini excavators, skid steers, loaders, and similar equipment . Experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to work with the right person if they have good mechanical ability, technical skills, and a strong work ethic.

Job duties may include:

Unloading trucks and containers Assembling machines and attachments Checking and changing fluids Tightening bolts and inspecting equipment Basic maintenance and preparation of machines Keeping the work area clean and organized Assisting with other general labor tasks as needed Current schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM . There may be an opportunity to grow into a full-time position for someone who is also able to help with additional work such as handyman tasks, cleaning, trash removal, mowing, and general property maintenance.

Pay:

$12-$14 per hour depending on skills and experience.
