Job Description
Motivated individual to perform skilled work in connection with the general maintenance and repair of public housing units, buildings, grounds and equipment. Skills required in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical. Additional duties include cleaning, prepping units, lawn care, responding to work orders and computer entry work. Must complete tasks timely, with professionalism and accuracy. Must communicate well with others but be capable of working independently. Previous experience in apartment maintenance setting preferred. Must have high school diploma or GED, driver's license, and pass background check , physical and drug screening. Mandatory on-call rotation.
