In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Your energetic approach will help maintain a safe, functional, and efficient environment across our residential or commercial properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance expertise while contributing to a well-organized and welcoming space for residents, clients, or staff. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Pool Maintenance Maintain plumbing systems, HVAC units, lighting fixtures, and other essential infrastructure. Assist with residential painting projects and general facilities upkeep to enhance property appearance. Drywal Repairs Caulking Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams. Electrical experience including troubleshooting with tools like ohmmeters. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces.
