Showboat Retirement Center is an Assisted Living Facility, and we currently have around 30 residents. We are looking for someone to be a part of our maintenance team. They would be responsible for working with management to maintain the building and grounds of the Center and performing maintenance tasks for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Completing general building repairs and maintenance Basic plumbing, such as replacing faucets, repairing minor leaks, and addressing clogged drains Painting, patching drywall Performing routine preventative maintenance Troubleshooting maintenance concerns reported by staff or residents Maintaining tools, supplies, and maintenance areas Assisting with seasonal and exterior property maintenance as needed Identifying safety or maintenance concerns and communicating needed repairs to management Maintaining appropriate documentation of completed maintenance and inspections Be a kind and smiling face to the residents that live here Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
