Frequently to constantly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.Fit For Duty Test:

Climb up and down 12 steps x 5 for a total of 60 steps; o Allow 30 second rest after climbing up and down each set of 30 steps.Stairs & Carry:
Climb up and down 12 steps x 2 for a total of 24 steps while carrying 40 lbs. in one hand and using the other hand to grasp a railing for safety, self-paced but continuous. Allow a 30 second rest period after climbing up and down 12 steps while carrying.Slanted Ladder:
Climb a slanted ladder with 8 rungs x 8 repetitions for a total of 64 rungs; Allow 30 second rests after each climb (up and down) of 16 rungs, self-paced.Shovel:
Perform a shovel test for three (3) minutes self-paced but continuous (i.e., no breaks) using a standard snow shovel with a 3 lb. weight attached to the shovel blade. (e.g. sand bag weight securely taped to the shovel blade.)
