Full-Time Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Groundsman / Grounds Maintenance Manager to help maintain a large RV park property. This position is responsible for keeping the property clean, safe, and visually appealing while assisting with general outdoor maintenance and upkeep. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean environment, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the property grounds Mow grass, weed eat, edge, trim bushes, and assist with landscaping tasks Pick up trash and debris throughout the property Assist with minor repairs and general maintenance duties as needed Monitor property for safety hazards and report maintenance concerns Help maintain common areas, entrances, roads, and lot areas Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely Assist residents and guests with basic property-related questions when needed Support management with day-to-day property upkeep and special projects

Qualifications:

Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable operating lawn equipment and basic tools Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday - Friday Some weekends or overtime may be required depending on property needs
