The Judge Group is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a manufacturing company located in the Clanton, AL area.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily electrical maintenance operations within a plywood facility Supervise electricians and contractors, ensuring productivity and safe work practices Plan and execute preventive/predictive maintenance programs Diagnose and repair electrical issues to reduce downtime Coordinate scheduling, labor, and materials for maintenance tasks Partner with operations to improve equipment reliability and performance Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture

Qualifications:

5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs (Allen-Bradley), VFDs, and HMIs Proven leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance Background in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Solid communication, organization, and team development skills Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and process efficiency #JDP
