The Maintenance Supervisor position is considered vital to the overall operation of the property. Resident retention programs depend largely on the performance and professionalism of the Maintenance team, and total commitment to the position and property operations is paramount.
Job Details Location:
Hilliard, FL - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.
Schedule:
This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed. Responsibilities Supervise daily maintenance operations. Lead preventive maintenance programs. Ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turnovers. Train and support maintenance staff. Coordinate contractors and vendor services. Maintain inventory and maintenance records. Communicate project updates and maintenance needs to management. Responsible for ensuring the team's service requests are completed within 24 hours. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and property systems. Ability to coordinate contractors and manage inventory.
