Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilities Maintenance Director to lead our healthcare facilities management operations with energy and precision. Duties Lead and supervise maintenance teams responsible for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage, high voltage, and industrial systems. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex systems using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals; ensure adherence to safety standards.. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair services Monitor facility performance metrics; analyze data from tools like ohmmeters and other diagnostic devices to identify issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work (including high and low voltage), mechanical systems, and overall facilities management. Skills Strong management skills with proven supervising experience leading diverse maintenance teams in a healthcare setting Extensive mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience—familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques. Expertise in facilities management practices including HVAC systems, industrial maintenance procedures, plumbing, and safety protocols. Excellent project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Effective leadership abilities coupled with fluency in English; capable of motivating teams and communicating technical information clearly.
