Process Injection Mold Technician (II-III / Lead)

Location:

Huntsville/Decatur Alabama area Summary Responsible for machine setup, process troubleshooting, and ensuring on-time production of quality products in a plastic injection molding environment. May also support team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements High School Diploma or GED Injection molding experience required Microsoft Office skills; Plex preferred Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Leadership experience preferred (for Lead role) Key Responsibilities Perform mold, machine, and robot setup Handle material changeovers and troubleshooting Troubleshoot molding processes and equipment Program/set up Fanuc robots Support scrap reduction and process improvement Operate Hilo and handle molds with hoist Maintain clean and safe work area Lead-Level (if applicable): Guide and support team members Lead troubleshooting and resolve escalations Coordinate between shifts and maintenance Support production goals, safety, and quality Work Environment Manufacturing setting Medium physical effort (lifting, standing, walking)

Pay:

$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
