Maintenance Supervisor Details:
Contract to Hire position $40.00 to $55.00 /hour Second Shift Supervise maintenance personnel and provide leadership, coaching, training, and employee development. Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures by conducting daily safety observations, enforcing PPE requirements, and correcting unsafe conditions. Report all accidents, incidents, and first aid cases in accordance with company policies. Perform and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including leak diagnosis and preventive maintenance (PMs). Read and interpret advanced electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics. Troubleshoot integrated circuits and electrical control systems, including 24VDC, 120VAC, 240VAC, and 480VAC circuits. Design, troubleshoot, and maintain pneumatic systems and circuits. Perform welding repairs and utilize various welding equipment as needed. Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize machine uptime and reliability. Size and install motor starters and overload protection for equipment applications. Schedule, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities, construction projects, and equipment repairs. Inspect completed maintenance and construction work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with established standards. Manage hourly employee timecards, overtime approvals, and vacation requests within the company's timekeeping system. Develop employee performance plans, conduct one-on-one meetings, complete performance evaluations, and recommend promotions and salary adjustments.
Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered. 3-7 years of industrial maintenance experience. 3-5 years of automotive manufacturing experience. Previous supervisory experience; injection molding experience is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Experience troubleshooting integrated circuits and industrial electrical systems. Knowledge of electrical theory, including Ohm's Law. Welding experience and proficiency with welding equipment. Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
