Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize unplanned downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to avoid production delays.

Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team, including technicians, electricians, and other skilled trades.

Collaborate with the production and engineering departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production.

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections of the maintenance processes and equipment.
