Job Description:
As the Automotive Service Director, you will oversee all aspects of our service operations, ensuring that we deliver top-notch customer service and maintain our reputation for excellence. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage service schedules, and drive operational efficiency. Your expertise will be essential in developing strategies that enhance service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee daily service department operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management. Develop and implement service department policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor service performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance service quality. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with other departments to promote overall dealership success. Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Drive sales initiatives within the service department to maximize revenue opportunities.
Job Requirements:
3 years' experience required Proven experience in a leadership role within an automotive service environment . Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Please upload your resume.
