What You Will Do:
+ Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
+ Complete and document guest and associate work orders
+ Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
+ Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
+ Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
+ Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
+ Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
What We Are Looking For:
+ Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
+ Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
+ Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
+ HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
