Residential Maintenance

Duties:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment buildings and grounds, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property management staff in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and building codes Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs Perform other duties as assigned by the property manager or supervisor

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in residential maintenance or a related field
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with a team and alone.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
