Participate in the development, understanding and review of all position job safety assessments and standard operating procedures and participate in Incident & Near Miss Investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.

Maintenance Supervisor:
Schedule Requirements This position is assigned to 2nd Shift (3:00 PM- 11:00 PM) .
- will maintain records of all plant and individual equipment performance.
- Injuries, Near Misses, First Aid, Environmental and Property/Equipment Damage.
Participate in the development, understanding and review of all position job safety assessments and standard operating procedures and participate in Incident & Near Miss Investigations to determine root cause and corrective actions.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
A minimum of 5 years of Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment A high level of knowledge/understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) tracking systems is required A technical diploma in the fields of engineering/manufacturing or equivalent experience and a thorough knowledge of skills utilized in maintenance manufacturing improvement. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field is highly preferred General understanding of ISO methodology (ISO 9001, 14001, & OHSAS 18001) Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S & Six Sigma a plus Proficient in use of MS Office (familiarity with UKG and SAP systems)- high-level knowledge of computer systems/programs, especially in areas of preventive maintenance solutions/tracking.
