Join us as we exceed our residents expectations of a place to call home. Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Do you pride yourself on a job well done? The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor performs general maintenance and repairs to ensure apartment homes and other property facilities are in good working order. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing apartments for lead maintenance team ensuring assigned duties are completed daily, preparing units for move in, diagnosing/troubleshoots, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) units, electrical appliances, outlets, light fixtures, plumbing, carpentry, and locks. Schedule vendors for property as needed. Complete inspections of assigned property to ensure property is in good condition.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance, facility repair and/or mechanical repair (Preferred)
- EPA II or Universal Certification, required
- Valid Drivers License
- Dependable transportation
