Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Arkansas. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our plant maintenance operations. This role focuses on optimizing equipment reliability, overseeing maintenance projects, developing a high-performing team, and supporting overall plant goals in safety, efficiency, quality, and cost control. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all equipment while ensuring repair requests are promptly assigned and completed. Lead equipment installation, modification, and facility upgrade projects; track timelines, report progress to leadership, and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability. Recruit, train, and develop maintenance personnel; deliver ongoing training on GMP, Lockout/Tagout, HACCP, HAZCOM, and other safety protocols. Support the development of maintenance budgets, procure necessary supplies, and actively manage costs.
