Job Description

What You Will Do:

+ Assist with managing building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and water treatment + Help plan and evaluate preventive maintenance schedules + Conduct room and equipment inspections and identify repair needs + Ensure team members have needed tools and supplies through approved platforms + Coach and support maintenance associates in alignment with Atrium's Core Values + Assist with scheduling, vendor proposals, and hands-on repair work

What We Are Looking For:

+ 1+ year of maintenance or engineering experience required + Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred + High school diploma or equivalent required + HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification preferred + Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills + Willingness to lead by example and complete technician-level tasks as needed Why Atrium?
