- to lead a multi-shift maintenance organization and deliver world-class asset performance across a highly automated manufacturing facility.

- location in the Abbott Nutrition division.

- What You'll Work On
- + Lead and develop maintenance supervisorsandskilled trades personnel across multiple shifts.
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, oranother technical discipline. + 8+ years of manufacturing experience supporting production operations. + 5+ years ofpeopleleadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build and develop high-performing teams. + Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, equipment reliability, asset management, and manufacturing operations.
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Experience in a food, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environment. + Knowledge of FDA, OSHA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements. + Experience implementing reliability-centered maintenance and continuous improvement programs.
- You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
