Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate routine inspections and maintenance tasks on HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring peak performance Lead a team in conducting general maintenance duties such as plumbing repairs, electrical fixes, and replacement of damaged components Manage minor carpentry projects, including door repairs, shelf maintenance, and furniture restoration Oversee painting and finishing projects to uphold facility aesthetics Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from staff or management Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels

Requirements:

Experience with commercial and residential HVAC systems and refrigeration required Management experience required Familiarity with kitchen equipment commonly found in hospitality settings Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for efficiency in dynamic environments Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with kitchen staff and management Valid driver's license and clean driving record
