Description:

Oversee the Maintenance and Transportation Department and its employees Maintain District grounds, buildings, vehicles, and equipment Complete minor repairs or coordinate contractor repairs per District procedure Transport students to and from school and school events Produce and maintain accurate records File timely reports Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Possession or ability to obtain AZ Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Includes medical certification Must be able to pass random and annual drug / alcohol screenings Pass written and road skills testing from ADOT Possession or ability to obtain AZ School Bus Driver and Passenger endorsement Must be able to obtain Fingerprint Background Clearance card Knowledge of light custodial / maintenance duties is requisite Must work cooperatively with others Must adhere to all District policies, State and Federal Laws Must be able to follow strict daily schedule for specific route times Must be able to exercise sound judgment Previous school district experience preferred Must have high school diploma
