What You Will Own As the Service Manager, you will lead the daily performance of the shop and create a culture where customers and employees feel respected, supported and confident.

Your responsibilities will include:

Lead, coach and develop service advisors and technicians Oversee the customer experience from check-in through vehicle delivery Manage scheduling and workflow to maximize productivity Build and review accurate repair estimates Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally Monitor shop performance, sales, productivity and other key performance indicators Help the team achieve clearly defined operational and financial goals Address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism Recruit, train and retain high-performing team members Hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive, team-first culture Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication and efficiency Maintain high standards for quality, organization and customer service You will receive support from ownership, recruiting, accounting, marketing and company leadership.
