Job Description

Apartment Maintenance Supervisors - Mesa, AZ 85204 and Phoenix, AZ 85022 Join Our Team! We are seeking two experienced and reliable Apartment Maintenance Supervisors to oversee maintenance operations at our client's residential communities. This role is responsible for ensuring timely repairs, managing a team of technicians, and maintaining the overall condition of the property. Qualified candidates for this role will have experience in managing vendors and purchase orders on behalf of a multi-family housing community. Qualified candidates must also have current EPA and CPO certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule maintenance staff Perform routine and emergency maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) Manage work orders and ensure timely completion Coordinate with property management for inspections and capital improvements Maintain inventory of supplies and tools Ensure compliance with safety regulations Make Ready/Turning apartments in between resident occupancy Repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and all major appliances May be requested to assist in other areas of property including painting, grounds keeping, trash pick-up, pool maintenance, etc. depending on property needs. Receives service requests, prioritizes work orders and handle them each in the most efficient manner. And more!
Qualifications:
3+ years of apartment or property maintenance experience EPA Certification CPO Certification Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
