The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of industrial maintenance processes. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and systems, while also managing a team of maintenance professionals.
Duties:
Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Oversee HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automated systems. Provide guidance and training on electrical, plumbing, appliance needs Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring documentation is up-to-date for compliance purposes. Management of Budget, schedules and on call emergencies
Experience:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a apartment community HVAC and CPO experience and certification required Strong maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience in Multifamily Property Maintenance practices. Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting using tools such as an ohmmeter. Experience in facilities management, ensuring all aspects of the facility are maintained effectively. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Proficiency in English for effective communication across all levels of the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency in all maintenance operations.
