This is a full-time position with immediate openings.
Compensation:
$24 - $26/hr depending on experience, with benefits including paid holidays, vacation, medical/dental, and a 401(k) plan. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement and the potential to grow into a Maintenance Supervisor role as opportunities arise within the company. We are looking for someone who is committed to developing their leadership skills while maintaining our high standards of property upkeep. Responsibilities:
Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations and physical maintenance of the property, including residential and community areas. Perform general grounds maintenance, including landscaping and irrigation tasks. Maintain and repair the pool and clubhouse facilities. Basic plumbing and electrical repairs (septic knowledge is a plus). Perform roof, gutter, foundation, and sidewalk repairs. Communicate effectively and professionally with both residents and team members. Support event setups and teardowns (e.g., chairs, tables) for daily, weekly, and monthly events. Work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of residential maintenance experience. Prior experience in apartment turnovers is preferred. General landscape knowledge; experience with HVAC and septic systems a plus. Pool certification (or willingness to obtain certification). Strong skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities. Available to work weekends if needed.
