Ready to lead from the front not the sidelines? Celtic Property Management is looking for a hands-on, fast-paced Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership at The Reserve at Thunderbird. This is not a sit-back role we need a working leader who can jump in, lead a 3-person maintenance team, and drive results. If you take pride in your work, hold high standards, and know how to get units turned and work orders completed on time, every time we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Doing Lead and work alongside a 3-person maintenance team Oversee and complete unit turns within tight timelines Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and correctly Maintain property systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances Delegate, train, and hold your team accountable daily Maintain curb appeal, safety standards, and overall property performance Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance operations Respond to on-call emergencies when needed

Requirements:

What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance EPA Certification required Must own your own tools and be ready to hit the ground running Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Team player who leads by example—not from an office Why Celtic Property Management?
