This role is vital in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. As a key leader, you will manage facilities maintenance teams, implement maintenance repair procedures, and ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Your expertise in industrial maintenance, project management, and engineering troubleshooting will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all sites under your supervision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence facility performance while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and innovation. Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams across multiple locations, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance management strategies for mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and other critical infrastructure. Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, multimeters (voltmeters), ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with OSHA safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance using Microsoft Office tools and CMMS software. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations including OSHA standards for high voltage electrical systems and industrial maintenance procedures. Qualifications Proven management experience supervising facilities or maintenance teams within an industrial or commercial environment. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment. Strong understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, engineering troubleshooting methods, and electrical testing devices such as voltmeters and ohmmeters. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance operations and facility management. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently across various sites. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work order tracking and asset management. Excellent team management skills with a focus on leadership development and supervising diverse teams in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
