Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the property meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, functionality, and curb appeal. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team, ensures apartments and community amenities are in excellent working order, prepares vacant homes for new residents, and responds to service requests with professionalism and urgency.
