Job Description Pay Range:
$75,440 - $94,300 / annually The District Maintenance Manager (DMM) is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the maintenance, repair, and modification of existing Chuze facilities within their assigned district, serving as the primary representative for all facilities and maintenance needs. Acting as the main point of contact for property, facilities, amenities, and fitness equipment across their market, this role is crucial in delivering an exceptional experience to Chuze members by overseeing a team of maintenance technicians (MT) and vendor partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Maintain the integrity of all facilities and amenities, upholding standardized maintenance plans and ensuring proper and timely repairs to maintain a safe, clean interior and exterior Maintain strong cross-functional communication by collaborating with all departments, such as Construction, club Operations, and Accounting Conduct weekly club visits throughout the district to build strong working relationships with technicians and contractors and support projects Assist in managing annual CAPX and expense budgets with a focus on rolling 5-year CAPX planning Use CMMS and EMS to manage work orders by assigning tasks, collecting quotes, generating reports, and ensuring timely completion Perform preventative and reactive facilities services with escalated maintenance and facility issues Review and submit payroll, mileage logs, PTO, invoices, and expense reports for your team to ensure accuracy and appropriate spending Recruit and onboard new talent to build a strong facilities team Prioritize development and invest in the team, by providing on-the-spot feedback, written coaching and performance reviews

Additional Physical Requirements:
Read, write, and speak clearly in English Walking and climbing stairs and using ship/standard ladders Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, pool chemicals, cleaning supplies, and grease/oil Ability to work in a loud environment Bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm, wrist, hand, and finger movements Sitting or standing for long periods Typing and computer operations Ability to lift at least 50lbs Experience Required Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create reports, analyze data, communicate effectively, and maintain accurate documentation. Experience with vendor and contractor management, including obtaining quotes, coordinating work, reviewing completed work, and holding vendors accountable. Experience managing work orders through a CMMS, including assigning work, monitoring aging work orders, documenting repairs, and ensuring timely closeout. 5 year(s): Experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, pools, fitness equipment, life-safety systems, and general building maintenance. 3 - 5 years: Leadership or supervisory experience, including managing, coaching, and developing maintenance technicians. 5 year(s): Facilities, maintenance, or building engineering experience, preferably in a multi-site commercial environment. Preferred Experience conducting facility assessments and identifying opportunities for proactive repairs, replacements, and improvements. Experience managing emergency maintenance situations and equipment downtime, with the ability to quickly prioritize issues and develop solutions. Experience managing facility projects and capital improvements, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, contractor coordination, and project closeout.
