Full Job Description Maintenance Supervisor Location:

Bakersfield, CA Compensation:

$36.00-$40.00 per hour ($75,000-$83,000 annually, excluding overtime) This position offers the opportunity to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance personnel, maximize equipment uptime, and drive preventive maintenance initiatives to support efficient production. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate combines strong technical maintenance expertise with proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
