This Building Maintenance Project Manager role in Building Services is based in Belmont, CA, with work focused on traveling to properties—no need to commute to an office. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Building Maintenance Project Manager position include: 5+ years of experience in the construction field, with experience overseeing vendors/property repair projects Contractor's License preferred; able to manage and coordinate vendors to completion for repairs Experience inspecting and evaluating building conditions, developing anticipated costs, and generating scopes of work Ability to solicit bids, lead bid walks, compare bids in spreadsheets, award contracts, and coordinate complete contract paperwork Strong building maintenance and construction systems knowledge (roofing, electrical, plumbing, flashing, waterproofing) Responsible for floating across approximately 30-40 properties at once, including multifamily/condo/apartment complexes and a few commercial buildings (mostly 2-4 stories) Respond to emergencies (fire, flood, mold, earthquake, vehicle impacts) and ensure safety and timely communication with regional managers Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, and MS Office; ability to track payments and manage project documentation
Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
