The Role We're looking for a Construction Manager to take primary ownership of project management across our residential portfolio. In this role, you'll oversee construction and maintenance projects of all sizes and scopes — from replacing a light bulb to managing a full home renovation. You'll be a key part of keeping our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained for the residents and owners who rely on us. What You'll Do Plan, schedule, and manage construction and maintenance projects across our residential property portfolio Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard Conduct site visits and inspections to assess scope of work, from minor repairs to full-scale renovations Track project timelines, budgets, and documentation Communicate project status clearly with ownership, property managers, and residents Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and safety standards Support and mentor junior maintenance and construction staff as needed What You Bring Associate Degree in Construction (or related field) 5+ years of hands-on, on-the-job training/experience in construction or construction management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale simultaneously A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset What We Offer Paid time off 401(k) with company match Company truck A positive, team-oriented work environment Ongoing training and support from a forward-looking team invested in your growth Real opportunities for advancement in a stable, recession-resistant industry Ready to Build Your Future With Us?
