Leadership actively supports modernization initiatives and encourages employees to challenge existing processes and drive meaningful improvements. Job Description Lead maintenance, engineering, and facilities operations across the manufacturing site. Drive preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs. Develop and execute capital improvement projects and equipment upgrades. Improve equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness. Oversee building systems, utilities, HVAC, and facility infrastructure. Manage maintenance systems, CMMS platforms, spare parts strategy, and asset reliability programs. Support environmental, wastewater, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives. Partner with global teams to implement best practices and operational improvements. Develop and mentor maintenance leaders, engineers, and technical staff. Experience leading maintenance and engineering teams within food manufacturing. Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment reliability and maintenance systems. Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ability to lead technical teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style. What's on Offer Base salary target: $130,000 - $160,000 Bonus opportunity approximately 16.5% Medical, Dental, Life Insurance 401(k) Paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and birthday leave
